Nest Hello doorbell (wired) only rings once on indoor google nest hub and speakers (out of sync)

Hi, I have the Nest Hello (Wired version) and when someone rings the door it plays the chime on my Nest Hub. I have found 2 issues here:if the person rings the bell again, the indoor Nest Hub speakers do not play a chime (outside it does)the speakers...
