Apps wont show on Nest hub 2

2 days after buying, the apps tab for my Nest hub 2 gen (Guik2) stopped showing.When I swipe up to see them like it used to happen, There isn't a section for apps nor show all apps, only the basic controls.Already tried rebooting, and telling the ass...
