Hello nest doorbell bricked, green circle en flashing led once

This is what my Nest Hello does: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8u0hjTBg25II replaced the internal battery for a new one but it won't boot up.impossible to charge internal battery what also is suggested.Any help please?
