Already have been going through this to no avail. They ask for the same
information over and over again and then give up u til the next time I
ping them and a random new agent starts over asking for the exact same
thing. Probably need a class action ...

Did they cancel it on their end or did you do something to trigger the
cancellation? Google is not being helpful so it seems like you're the
only one who's been able to do it
