Not even about the hub anymore, just being lied to and fobbed off just isn’t on from a company this size, or any for that matter. i shan’t be investing anymore in Google home products 

Hi Onedv, I'm afraid to say I've given up on the icsee cameras as my nest hub is stuck in an infinite update loop, and time spent in online chat and phone calls has only gotten me lied to and ignored 

Hi, sorry have had a messes up experience with Google support with a nest hub stuck in updating loop, I’ve been lied to fobbed off and just generally taken for a fool, even agreed having calls from California. Google isn’t my mate atm
