Ah, sadly I didn't note down the case number as I assumed the transcript
would come to my email - which it doesn't seem to have done. I raised a
new ticket but they were not able to share the ID of the original. The

Hey, thanks for the reply. I’ve since chatted to support and it’s not
possible to sort me out as my camera is out of warranty. No offer of any
discount on a replacement either sadly. Really disappointed and will
have to buy a whole new camera/doorbel...
