Do you know if you received a new device or just a refurbished
device?I'm currently waiting on my replacement to arrive after having
sent back my old device. I was instructed to keep the power adapter
which I thought was weird
Can confirm, the best way to resolve this issue is not here but to call
Google support. Sounds like it's a known issue after some new updates
were pushed out
Any news yet? Its obviously not a device specific issue but something
google has done that's bricking devices. Won't be buying a new one if
this is how they operate, planned obsolescence
I am also having the same issue, stuck on grey screen with g. The device
was getting progressively worse the last few weeks /months. I'm seeing
other people blaming it on google pushing out a new os that is bricking
