Wiring error: Y2 wire without Y1 wire

i get this periodically and the furnace kickS on and stays on.  Any ideas what I can do?

Hi AJ8,

 

Thank you for reaching out and we're  sorry for the delay.

 

This strange heating/cooling behavior usually occur when the power is unstable on your thermostat. We could fix this by connecting a C (common wire) to your thermostat. Check for an unused wire from your HVAC unit and that could possibly be a common wire we can use.
