No timer sound

My Google Nest Hub will not play sounds for our timers or alarms. All sound are all the way up. We have factory reset our hub as well and it has not resolved the issue. Hub is also up to date and always connected to our WiFi

Have several Mini 1 speakers (1st gen) and their recognition quality went down after 2nd gen release
