Family routines

Is there a way to create a family routine that accepts the command for waiting?I know I can get that command using personal routines but I want it to be a family routine. Can I write a custom command that says "wait for 2 minutes"?

Nest Hub Max

Wifi connection issue

Accidentally deleted my google home app from my iPhone. When I re downloaded the app and set it up the app says that my phone and my nest are on 2 different WiFi’s, but they aren’t. They are both connected to the same wifi.
