Nest camera mic off snd no setting available

I csn view the Nest cam, but the mic is muted. When you click on the muted mic icon, it's says to go to settings to enable it. When you go to settings it says "some settings unavailable right now" i have done a factory reset, checked the physical switch, rebooted the router, rebooted my phone and cleared the app cache...no change. Ideas?

Did you try deleting and reinstalling your Google Home app? You do not lose any settings when you do that; you just log back in with the same account you're using now.
