When attempting to link Swann Security to Google Home, the app initially indicates that the connection is successful. However, it subsequently returns an error message stating: "Something went wrong. Please try again."
Both the Swann Security and Google Home apps are updated to their latest versions. I have also performed a factory reset on the Google Nest device and reinstalled both apps on my iPhone, but the issue persists.
Any advise how to resolve this?

Hi everyone,
Thanks for reaching out to the community! I understand you're experiencing issues connecting your Swann cameras to the Google Home app, specifically encountering the error "Something went wrong. Please try again." Thank you for letting me know about the steps you've already tried. Let me share some information with you.
For this type of issue, I recommend contacting Swann support directly. They will be able to provide you with a more effective resolution and specific troubleshooting steps.
I hope this information helps!

I’m experiencing the same issues. I can successfully link seven other vendor products without any problems. The Swann Security app works fine — I can view all my cameras without issue.
However, when I try to link Swann to Google Home, it initially confirms that the account is linked. Then, after about 5 seconds, it displays an error saying "Something went wrong." Swann does not appear under connected devices in the Google Home app.
Oddly, if I check my Google account via the web (under account settings > security > third-party access), it does show that Swann is linked. I've tried restoring everything multiple times — same result each time.
For reference, I'm using a Swann 8580 NVR.

I'm also experiencing the same issue - it has been like this since we got our internet fixed, but that shouldn't affect the connection anyway.
