Nestcam double billed

I just found out that I have been double-billed by Google monthly for my Nest Cam. One charge is from GOOGLE NEST and the other is from GOOGLE PAY. Is there anyone at Google who can help me get this resolved?

Incorrectly charged

I got an email a few weeks ago saying Google has new Nest subscription plans, and if I switch to this new upgraded plan (that basically is just a price increase), that instead of a year being $100, it'll be $40 for the first year. Sounds great right?...
