Wrong device on nest aware subscription

HiI purchased a nest aware subscription (on a google nest thermostat) instead of my nest door bell. How do correct this without cancelling existing subscription (I purchased annual). Can I switch the device? Both are in same property/structure

No QR Code and No Setup Code

Upgrade from 1st Gen to nest aware

All my history for years of recording has been deleted. My new nest aware plus subscription was instantly canceled as well. So I have no subscription, no history. How is this possible?
