Nest aware plus

Familiar faces recognition works great. But I’d like to NOT be notified of a familiar face. And only be notified of UN-familiar faces. Is this available? If not, it should be an option to avoid unwanted and unnecessary people alerts.

Footage retrieval

Hello,I need to get footage from my nest doorbell from October2021. I have nestaware, but i am not sure how to obtain it. Is there a way to to just type in the date and year to get the footage?Thanks in advance.Frank
