Wrong device on nest aware subscription

HiI purchased a nest aware subscription (on a google nest thermostat) instead of my nest door bell. How do correct this without cancelling existing subscription (I purchased annual). Can I switch the device? Both are in same property/structure

No QR Code and No Setup Code

Nest aware not detecting people / ending early

I miss quite a lot of notifications for people on nest aware. Ive now had it when the nest aware stops recording when a person is clearly identified not knowing if ive received a parcel or not.Its all a bit poor really.
