DOORBELL QUIT WORKING AND PEELING

I have been trying for months to get in touch with someone from Google/Nest. It’s so said that there is no one or talk to. I have read countless messages from community members and these post lead me to no one to talk to and I can’t talk to anyone still. Our doorbell had been cracking and peeling for a while now, and no, it is not in the direct sun; it’s on our porch iwhich has and awning and foyer so don’t give me that direct sun problem. It won’t work. I read where a lot of people have had to change all their Google products to Ring or to another company all together becuase they can’t get their new doorbells to configure to the Nest and Google app. WE WANT A REPLACEMENT DOORBELL PERIOD. WE BOUGHT THIS FROM LOWES AND LOWES SAYS WE HAVE TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER?  WE NEED GOOGLE NEST TO CALL US SO WE CAN RETURN YHIA PRODUCT.
