I cannot find my nest aware subscription neither thru nest nor google store. Google store won’t let me remove my credit card because it says I have a nest aware subscription but when I go to subscriptions, there isn’t one there Can you please cancel this for me?

To protect your privacy we can’t help with account and billing issues in this public community. The best thing to do is contact support.
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Thank you so much for this info. I was able to chat with a customer service rep and he is taking care of my request.
