Nest hub

I recently got a new Nest hub , its never been used and its the first genetation i think Everytime I try to set it up , it wont get pass the white screen with the colourful "G " I have tried to reset it , unplug it as well Please help

Glitching Nest Hub

My Google best hub keeps glitching out when I try to exit the clock. Swipe left, it glitches out and comes back to the clock, swipe up I get the default stuff and swipe down it glitches out and I can only see “clock” with no other tabs.

Something went wrong

When I try a voice inquiry…it says “Sorry, something went wrong, try again in a few seconds”. It used to be only once…now I have to ask several times before it works. I’ve tried unplugging and rep lugging and it does not work.
