We started the setup instructions and got the nest hub to connect to the wifi, but it won't link with our account. I went to the Google home app and clicked add device but it can't seem to find any when it's scans for one. The nest hub screen just says "link account. Open the Google home app and link your account". I'm not seeing anything else on the app that is allowing me to link my account with this device. And the device doesn't have a reset button that I can see to try starting over.
