I did the broadcast function and since then the Nest Hub shows that.

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand your Google Nest Hub device suddenly started showing a black screen with white vertical lines on the side after using the broadcast function. I'm happy to help.
Based on what you mentioned, could you tell me if you were able to see this black screen with white vertical lines on the sides before under a different scenario, like after a power outage, or if it might have been accidentally thrown?
In the meantime, please confirm the model of your Google Nest Hub device (an article below may help you identify it). Additionally, let me know if you have already tried to factory reset the device and add it back to the Google Home app.
If you haven't factory reset your device, please follow the steps below in order to reset it:

It was all fine before i used the broadcast feature, i was able to use the assistant but after a factory reset now it doesn't work at all.

I was able to have the assistant answer my voice command even with the black screen but now after a factory reset like the customer support told me to do, the device obviously need to be configurated again but with the black screen it's impossible.
