Many, many of my old voice commands no longer work. Some may be worked around by adding automations. Interesting however that the checkmark and x when naming an automation does not work on a pixel unless your phone is in landscape mode.
Some recently broken features (they worked before 723/25). All features still work in the Google home app. I also tried Gemini. Gemini performs worse than assistant and yes I enabled everything that is supposed to be enabled on Gemini even though there is 0 documentation from Google that I have seen regarding this transition.
Set light name's brightness
to x% where light name is the name of the light in Google home and x is a number from 0 to 100
Set fan name's speed to speed setting.
Sorry I don't understand.
Attached above is a screenshot of Google home showing the settings. This is for a feit fan controller that I've had for quite a while and I've been able to control with Google assistant since day 1.
Can't start various radio stations using hey Google stream radio stations name.
More too. What a s...show ....

Screen shot of Google home light switch control screen. I have multiple different adjustable lights and bulbs from various manufacturers for which the brightness can no longer be controlled by Google assistant. I can still turn them on and off and set the to a specific value using a Google home automation.

I showed the Google home app control for the feit fan controller found under devices. When I look in automations the speed settings aren't available, only on/off

Given that you've confirmed these features still work perfectly within the Google Home app and that you've already tried various troubleshooting steps, this strongly suggests a deeper issue with the Google Assistant's voice command interpretation or the system's ability to translate those commands to your devices after the recent changes you've noted.
To ensure your insights reach our development team directly and help us prioritize features and meet the needs of our diverse user base, please consider sharing your thoughts through this feedback form. Your input is invaluable as we continuously work to improve our products and services.
Feel free to keep posting if you have more questions or encounter any new developments.
