Hi. My doorbell can't connect and keep appearing offline. I try to restart yet still can't. I need help!

Hi there,
I can imagine this has been a frustration process for you, and I would love to look into this further for you. Have you tried to do a factory reset on your doorbell? It is different from a restart, but I would look through the article I just posted, and check out the process. It should hopefully clear out these connection concerns you're experiencing.
