I have owned a nest doorbell for a little over a year. Suddenly it won't stay charge, I fully charge it and mount it outside. After about 8 hours it has completly died. I have done a factory reset, made sure to use the charger that came with my device, i even adjusted the camera setting so saves battery life. Still not working, any other thing i can do? Or must it be replaced? My warranty expired 2 months ago

Hey Talamqntes95,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. The battery drains faster in cold weather or if there's a lot of activity (even if the activity isn't saved as a clip).
Thanks,
Archie

I have it set to where it only records when doorbell is pressed. It used to last 3 months, now it doesnt. Should i just replace it?
