Google nest doorbell repair

Hi

my google nest doorbell needs repairing. The release button that clips into the mount has got stuck in and i cant get it to come out again. Otherwise the device is working perfectly.

Do google offer a repair service/ other places to get it repaired in the uk

the device is out of warranty

Here in the US Google will replace a camera if it is still within the 1 year warranty.  If it is longer than that then they may or may not help  you.     To get started here is the Google link to open a support ticket.

If you don't find another solution, I've seen posts in this forum from a few customers who tried applying a tiny little bit of WD-40 to the release button. It seems to be an issue that occurs too often.
