Nest cam won’t charge

one of my nest cameras won’t charge - went flat, plugged it it, but it just won’t charge - says “offline due to battery issue”.

It’s not the charger/cord/plate - it charged the other camera fine. Any ideas?  Thanks

How old is your camera?  If it is under a year I believe Google will honer the warranty.  If it is more than you year then you are on your own.  I know a number of people just purchase used cams from ebay.
