My camera which I have had for 2 years have suddenly stopped recording or alerting at night. Please advise of how to fix this. Thank you

As another Nest customer, this should only be the result of enabling use of Home/Away or a Schedule for your camera unless there is something unusual going on with your Nest Aware subscription, or if your Nest Aware subscription is assigned to a different home/structure than your camera in the Google Nest app.

You can also check it under Settings | Nest Aware in the Google Nest app,

No, this did not solve the issue; subscription up to date, no adjustment to away/home settings.
