nest cam iq outdoor stopped working

good evening

i have an iq that i have just gone to reinstall after a house move and it just will not power up

no blue ring...

i have tried everything as well as hard reset but nothing

power cable is working as it i have tested on another usbc device,

it is slightly less than 2 years old but can i find a receipt after the move...no

can anyone advise if it will get exchanged/repaired

Hi there,

 

I am afraid that if your device is out of warranty, we are unable to offer a replacement. But have you tried to hold down the factory reset button for more than 30 seconds? Please let me know about any other troubleshooting steps you've taken.

Hi Brad, yes I have held down for probably a minute and nothing.

Is there a service centre anywhere that could perform a test or repair as I don't want to lose it

I am unaware that there are any places to go to repair your camera. Have you been in contact with support at all?
