Have gone into setting and made sure TalkBack is disabled. But talkback doesn't stop.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about that. What model of Chromecast with Google TV device do you have, is it the 4K or HD? Please reboot your Chromecast with Google TV and try again. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast.

Had to do a reset of unit. Just thought I let you know tried reboot etc. Last resort was reset. Ashame that their us know way of backing up your apps etc.
