I keep having to pair the remote.

I'm ready to throw this whole set up in the garbage. The remote keeps having to be paired with the chromecast and tv.

Hey there patricknola,

I apologize for the late response and thank you for being patient. Were you able to fix that disconnect issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • What state is the LED light on the remote in when the remote disconnects?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

If you haven't tried it already, go ahead and replace the batteries in the remote. If the problem persists, factory reset the remote. I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know.
