Is there a way to cast or mirror my Google Pixel 4 XL to a LG smart tv without using WIFI?

I have limited data on my internet, but unlimited through Verizon. If I cast from my Google Pixel 4 XL to my LG smart tv, it goes through my WIFI, channeling my data stream over my internet. Is there a way that I can channel the data stream from my smart phone without using WiFi? If you suggest equipment, please be specific...I tried a cable connection that was SUPPOSED to work, but it doesn't work with Google Pixel 4 XL.

Chromecast won't work without WiFi (or a cabled internet network if you have the Ethernet adapter).

You might try a Miracast dongle, instead.  However, some of those still require WiFi and they don't work with the same apps that Chromecast works with (they support a LOT less).

Note: we don't support Miracast in this forum.  It's a totally different technology, not something from Google.
