My Chromecast 4K is on RMA and I was sent instructions on how to return it. Step one was to submit a return form with the provided RMA number which I did. Upon submitting it said to expect the return label to be emailed in 20 minutes or to contact support. 48 hours later no shipment label and Google support keep ignoring my emails and chat support keep bouncing me off to separate departments.

Anyone faced a similar issue before?
I've owned many Nexus/Pixel phones and Chromecasts over the years and safe to say that I'll go with a manufacturer who actually responds to queries from the customer.
