Talkback option turned on after update?

Seems that the talk back option was turned on after update. Spent 30 mins to find the source of this annoying sound. It's not under system sound

Hello folks,

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about that. Please try the steps below to disable the TalkBack feature of your Chromecast with Google TV:

1. From the Google TV home screen, scroll up to the top navigation bar.
2. Select Profile Settings > Dashboard > Settings.
3. Select System > Accessibility.
4. Under Services, select TalkBack > Disable > OK.
