We got home last night to discover our Nest Hub Max was off. Black screen, no lights, wouldn’t respond to touch - like it had no power.
We unplugged the power adaptor (the original), waited, then plugged back in. Still nothing. We’ve tried some trouble shooting tips online and have tried plugging it into different outlets, but it seems that to reboot or factory reset, we need to have some power, which it doesn’t seem we do.
It was working fine yesterday morning. We have a lot of outlets and lights, etc. set up with it, so it’s really frustrating, especially considering the device isn’t even three years old!
Has anyone else experienced this? S there any way to fix it?
