Turn outlet on when energy prices are low

Hi

I have a very well insulated water heater, that consumes electric power during the day

I would like to have Google Home check the electricity cost, and turn the heater on durring low cost periods

The heater is controlled with a Wifi outlet, so that is easy

But is there some kind of plugin to get the current cost of electricity in my local country (Denmark)

If not, is it possible to run a script or whatever on the Goodle Home that will scrape a website like this that shows the cost right now?
