Hi I have had the Nest for 4-5 years been fine but the last 2 weeks I am having trouble with hot water it isn't working the schedule is all set and has been for ages even after the app saying the water is on 3 hours still no hot water anyone got any ideas thanks

Thanks for letting me know. Could you tell me please what you see in the actual thermostat's settings > Equipment > Continue > Bacteria prevention? Could you send me a picture from there please?
