I keep getting this notification of "Nest Guard is using it's backup battery, the alarm is off" and the device is plugged in. I don't understand why it does that. I have two Nest Detects in the house as well that are connected to this Nest Secure system. Both have brand new Lithium (non-rechargeable) batteries that are identical to original. Also have three Nest Tags that I never use, all connected to the Nest Secure system.
The Factory Reset worked for a day it seems as Nest app indicates that my battery backup issue started Friday (24+ hrs ago).
