Alarme multimédia

Bonjour.

Jusqu'à environ un mois mes enfants mettaient une alarme en disant :

Ok google réveilles moi demain à 7h00 avec la playlist xxx

ca fonctionnait bien

Depuis 1 mois impossible a faire fonctionner, la google nest repond : oui pour quand et met l'alarme par défaut. Les enfants sont dégoutés.

J'ai réinitialisé plusieurs fois. le problème est apparu simultanément sur 2 appareils.

Pourquoi une telle fonctionnalité "basique" a t elle été enlevée (en france) ?

Je précise que les comptes spotify sont bien configurés et fonctionnent bien

I know how challenging it is when you're having issues setting up a media alarm on your Google Home/Nest device. A few questions: what type of Google Home/Nest device do you have? What is the language set on your device? Do you have a premium account with Spotify? Have you tried a different song or playlist?

To further isolate the issue, please try using a radio station or other songs for media alarm. Let's see if your device will have the same behavior.
