My Google Home speaker groups no longer work. I've checked all settings. Reset all speakers. Reset my network and set up a new home. Odd there any other app or service that can be used for managing speaker groups for Google speakers?

Hey martinix,
Thanks for bringing this up and apologize for the late response.
I know how challenging it can be when you're having issues with the speaker group - help is here! A few questions - when did the issue start? Are you able to play music on individual speakers? What are the devices included in the speaker group? How far are the speakers from your router?
Let's try these steps below:
Please note that you can only manage the speaker group on the Google Home app.
Let us know how it goes.
Cheers,

I am having the same issue...no speaker groups work anymore. Google gets sued by Sonos and then they punish their customers. I bought these speakers for this exact reason....groups...without that, they are next to worthless....PLEASE FIX!!

Hey bigbad614,
Apologize for the delays. To confirm, what are the devices included in your speaker group? Also, are you able to play music on individual devices?
Looking forward to your response.
Cheers,

Eventually, after several resets (of Nest devices, Wifi Routers, and Google Home on Android) speaker groups are now working again. It seems that it can take up to 24 hours before a speaker group becomes active after initial set-up. Overall, it does seem that the Google Home setup process is very fragile and prone to problems.
As of now, all is working so I'm avoiding making any further change in case it messes up the groups again.

Hey martinix,
Happy to hear that your issue was resolved, after resetting all your devices. It looks like we can consider this one complete, so I will lock the thread shortly unless I can help out with anything else.
Cheer,
Muddi
