Google Hub Max or Mini Speakers Won't Play any Radio Stations

We have a new google hub home max 10" display, A gen1 hub display and several mini speakers. The biggest recent issues are some will change the volume by voice and some wont. Also today, Christmas Day, some including hub max wont play a radio station, but one of the minis did, all of this is on group setup for house speakers. This must be a SW bug Google, as a network engineer this is obvious and you should be able to fix with so many complaints about similar customer problems.
