Google Nest Hub 2nd gen, worst experience ever

I bought the google nest Hub 2gen on a store in Portugal. For starters, the device doesn't support the portuguese language. Great because it doesn't metion on the box nor the store, and a person would think... "Sure I have a google nest with portuguese configurated, but the hub doesn't support it."

Well, I configured in spanish anyways and for my surprise, after all the configuration and update, my divaces didn't appear in the Nest Hub screen to be controlled, the "Control your house" sesion is empty. I found 1 commment here suggesting that the support "solved" the problem telling hi to create a new home in the Google Home App and associating all the devices to it one by one. Well, I couldn't create a new home so I had to delete the home I had created and now I'm not able to associate any of the devices to the new home... and, of course, still the devices won't appear in the Nest Hub screen, you can only control them with voice.

Congrats Google you made me give up on Google smart Home and move to Amazon Alexa.

Hello MauricioSaban,

Sorry for the late response. I know how it feels when you're having issues controlling your smart devices using your Google Nest Hub (2nd generation). To confirm, did you unlink your home automation account from the Google Home app before deleting the home structure? If not, please check if you can see your home control account under "Third-party apps and services" on your Gmail account. Once done, try to relink your account to the Google Home app, then check if your devices will appear on the Home app.

Looking forward to your response.

Cheers,

Muddi
