My google nest hub device is faculty ( shoiing G logo grey screen ) for 1 week now)and i have contacted google costume service multiple times to get the replacement.but they adviced me to visit the store where i got it.since it's out of warranty by 1 week. They couldn't replace it. Im looking for a solution with Google to help me get it it fixed.

I am having the same issue & the factory reset is not working. Have you received any further advice yet?

Stesso problema anche a me. Da ieri schermo grigio g al centro morto...
