Google home trouble with second voice

We have multiple Google home devices in our home, and I love it. But my wife has more mixed feelings since it much more frequently does not understand her commands. We have configed for her account with separate voice etc, but that actually made it worse and she is getting annoyed. 😁 Since that config the problem has possibly changed somewhat, and become more peculiar. Often we hear that Google seems to understand her, but it can't do the correct connection.

 

Examples:

I tell Google to turn on the TV (we use an old ChromeCast 1st gen for this), result: TV is turned on. My wife uses the exact same phrase that I used, result: Google tells her "sorry but there is no TV in this home" or some such. I have tested this at several occasions and it possibly also sometimes happen with other devices, for example power plugs ("hey Google turn on X" works for me, but my wife gets the cheeky response "there is no X". And Google pronounce "X" correctly, so there is no doubt that it has understood my wife's pronunciation...)

We have tried to remove the possibility of different user accounts being associated to our 2 profiles (e.g. connecting her Google Home app to the same Deltaco account I use for connecting power plugs), with no change. 

My hair is getting grey by this problem. Any ideas?

Hi!

I mentioned a problem with my Google home mini in another thread, and was given Case ID is: 0-3387000031787 and the forum thread was closed. I expected to be contacted (by mail?) for further assistance, but I am not being contacted. How do I do to get further assistance on this case? Thanks!
