My Nest Audio device has been having issues. Whenever I tell Google to do anything, she replies with “there was a problem try again in a few minutes.” Or something like that. I looked up so many remedies and tried resetting rebooting etc. nothing worked.
I filed a warranty claim with Google and haven’t gotten any word back on the status or whether it was received. Please help I don’t know what to do.

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Let’s further look into it. A few questions: how did you do the factory reset? Are you using a dual-band router? If yes, on which band is your Google Nest Audio connected and what is the distance of it from the router?
