Device has worked perfectly for months then suddenly became glitch/slow etc. I followed instructions so ended doing a factory reset. Now the home display won’t move past the “connected follow instructions” screen. On the app everything is linked and connected so I can’t seem to figure out why it won’t move past this screen. It was so easy the initial set up, I’ve retried.
