My brand new Nest Hub gen 2 spontaneously reboots every 2 to 3 days. I've already hard rest it, does the same thing.
Device is only two weeks old

That seems quite strange.
You could try contacting Support starting with this link to see if it needs to be replaced:

Hi cmillar6, thanks for posting. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, so let’s get this resolved. A few things: do you have another Nest Hub 2nd gen? If so, could you try to switch power cords and see if it will make a difference? Also, is this how you did the reset to your Nest Hub 2nd gen?
