No assistant sound on Hub 2nd gen

Hi hopefully someone smarter than me have an idea how to solve my issue. 
- Doing the installation sometimes the language changed from Danish to US. So I gad to reset the device many times. Now is the display language correct. 
- my issue is that the Assistant is not working. When I say “hi google” it registers my speech. But nothing happens. No sound. No graphic change. 

I had tried to reset the device like 20 times now. Still same issue

Sorry for the late response. I know the feeling when your Google Nest Hub is not responding. let's try to get to the bottom of this. A few questions: when did the issue start? How far is your Nest Hub from the router?

 

Let's try these steps below:

 

  1. Move your Nest Hub (2nd generation) within 15-20 ft. away from the router to get enough signal from your network.
  2. Reboot your Nest display and router by disconnecting them from the power source and leave them unplugged for 1 minute. Once done, plug them back one at a time with intervals.
