Sound only plays through ear piece during live

Indoor/Outdoor Battery Nest Cam only place sound through earpiece during live viewing I do not see an option to make it to come out of the speaker phone to broadcast loudly.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, what app are you using to view the live feed? Have you checked if your audio recording is enabled? Try restarting your phone and reinstalling your app. Looking forward to your response.
