I have an old Gmail account that has a two-step verification equation. I can't login because I reset the phone and the data was not restored

I went to Recovery page and was able to give Frist OTP to the number that came to Second OTP was not able to give because it is going to old Gmail, that old Gmail is not login in my phone so I am not able to login, I am contacting you, I forgot the old Gmail password in another account. So I request you to return my gmail.
