My partner and I have several smart bulb products from a couple different companies all linked to our Google home. All of them have gone to an offline status over the past few days for my account but show online and working perfectly for my partner's.

I have the same issue! It's super frustrating! The House me app on all my devices (phone, Hub and Hub Max) all show all my lights are off line.

I'm seeing this issue regarding 3 out of 4 of my GE Cync lights—1 Cync light and 1 Govee light still work fine. This has been the case since at least Tuesday, July 22 for me as well. Have performed all restarts/resets to all relevant devices short of factory resets—and considering Google doesn't mind it when some devices are bricked upon performing a factory reset, consider me hesitant to ever do it.
Assistant will still respond to direct voice commands to control these “offline” lights individually, but the lights will not respond when commanded as part of a routine. The lights show as offline on the Home app and are missing from the roster of lights on the Nest Hub device touchscreen.
When issuing direct voice commands to these individual lights via a Nest Hub with screen, the screen will display the “Sorry, it looks like Device_Name isn't available right now.” growl/toast message, followed by a full screen “Something went wrong” overlay message, all while still successfully controlling the “offline” lights.
Google, it would really do you and your users a lot of good to employ regression testing in the updates you push to our devices. This is the second time within 30 days that [what is most likely] some pushed firmware update broke our light functionality in some way.
